2. How do I request a custom 3D model if I don’t see what I need?

If a model you want isn’t available, you can request a custom design through our website. Typical turnaround is 1-2 weeks, depending on complexity. 

3. What are my options for infill or surface finish on printed parts?

We provide multiple infill options (for weight, strength, appearance) and surface top-finish options. You’ll find details on the website (infill options link and surface finish link). 

4. What is your shipping policy?

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $60 (contiguous U.S.) for eligible products.
  • Shipping details (times, carriers, regions) are available on our “Shipping Policy” page.

5. What is your return, refund and warranty policy?

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if the product is in its original condition and accompanied by the receipt.
  • Custom designs or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
  • Returns must have a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 

6. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — we offer digital gift cards for our 3D services which can be purchased online and emailed to the recipient.

8. Are there discounts for veterans or special groups?

Yes — we offer exclusive discounts for veterans (up to 40% off) when they contact us for a discount code. 

9. What’s the process after I place an order for a custom design or model?

  • We’ll review your request and provide an estimated timeline (typically 1-2 weeks for design).
  • Once the design is approved, you’ll get the download or access option for the model.
  • If physical printing is needed, production and shipping timelines will follow based on the specifics of your order.
