1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom 3D design, 3D modeling, and 3D printing orders may require additional time:

  • Custom orders: Typically 5–14 business days, depending on complexity
  • You will be notified if additional time is required

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and size of your order
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase, as required by Google and standard ecommerce guidelines.

3. Free Shipping Threshold

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $60.00 within the continental United States (48 states).

Excluded from free shipping:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. territories
  • International orders

If your cart contains both free-shipping-eligible and non-eligible items, standard shipping rates may apply.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories using the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

5. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.

  • Costs are displayed at checkout
  • Delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days, on average)
  • Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are not included in product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility

We do not mark packages as “gift” or falsify customs information.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your package online

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

7. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

3D Link is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Additional charges if packages are returned to us and need to be reshipped

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact the carrier for GPS delivery location
  3. Email us at sales@jl2designs.com for assistance

For damaged or missing items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of packaging and product
  • We will replace or refund defective or damaged items at no cost to you

9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on:

  • Inventory availability
  • Production times
  • Carrier restrictions

You will not be charged extra for split shipments unless notified.
