Refund policy

We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, if you have questions please refer to our Contact Page about your return. ALL PRODUCTS IN OUR ONLINE STORE ARE COVERED FOR 30 DAYS, custom made products are not covered under this warranty, unless the product is found to be defective upon receipt. Refer to our warranty policy here.

ONLINE COURSES are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

In order to return an order, you must complete the form below and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number with your return. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Include a copy of the RMA form in the shipping documents inside the box.

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
