1. Overview

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on unused items (custom or final-sale items excluded). To request a return, complete the RMA Form below with your order number and photos (if applicable). Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. We process refunds within 7 business days after we receive the returned item; refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund. For custom orders or design services, refunds may not apply — contact us for details.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Must have an RMA number to process the return.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival:

Custom-Made Products

Items that are custom designed, custom printed, modified, or produced specifically at your request.

Digital Products / Online Courses

All digital files, online classes, or downloadable content.

Final Sale or Clearance Items

These will be marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

If an exception is made for a non-refundable item, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the product and packaging.
  3. We will send a prepaid return label (if needed) and replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

5. Return Process (RMA Required)

To start a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

  1. Complete the Online RMA Form below.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide:
    • RMA number
    • Return instructions
    • Return shipping details

Returns sent without an approved RMA may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If we provide a prepaid label for convenience, the cost will be deducted from the final refund.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are treated the same as returns:

  • An RMA is required
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • For custom orders, exchanges are not available unless defective

9. Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages
  • Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

In order to return an order, you must complete the form below and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number with your return. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Include a copy of the RMA form in the shipping documents inside the box.

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
